Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already be in processing or fulfillment.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return once you receive the item. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
